I'm so excited to get started again studying God's Word with you! I'll be the in the lobby before and after all services this weekend, January 17-18. Come by my table and check out the studies we're offering this spring and sign up! We'll be offering studies on Monday nights and Tuesday mornings again this semester with childcare provided. Fall Bible Studies Coming to a Close
We have been having some amazing times together studying God's Word. I have been praying and believing God for spiritual breakthroughs as we come to know Him more intimately, and He has been answering my prayers!
We have two weeks left in all three of the Bible studies located at the church, and our three "One on One with God" groups are going strong and will be finishing up later.
I'm hearing great stories about you girls who are participating and I'm so thankful that God is speaking and moving in your lives!
Thank you so much for serving as Pastor Bil encouraged us to do last weekend in his message. You have cooperated to feed the crew that set up our new stage, and to feed the precious women at the Christian Women's Job Corps. Each time, there was more than enough food. I can't thank you enough, and I know the Lord is so pleased with your hearts of service and generosity!
You are reflecting Christ beautifully! "We can be mirrors that brightly reflect the glory of the Lord, and as the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like Him, reflecting His glory even more." 2 Corinthians 3.18.
New Bible studies will start again in the spring, so if you missed out this semester, join us then! Let's Get Started!
I hope you all had the chance to attend Janes EXPO '08 this past weekend. It was fabulous! I had the opportunity to visit with many of you at the Fall Bible Study table and I am so looking forward to getting started next week!
If you missed EXPO, or if you're still trying to decide which study is the best fit for you, just check out all the options by clicking the link under See Jane Grow to the right. Also, feel free to email me with any questions at janesdiscipleship@yahoo.com. All studies begin next week either Monday evening, September 29 or Tuesday morning, September 30.
Don't be afraid to try a Bible study even if you've never participated in one before! God will be with you and will guide you, and we will to! And if you want to join, but can't make the first week, don't worry! Jump in as soon as you can.
You still have a few days to invite someone to come with you - ask God to bring someone to mind who would really be blessed by studying God's Word and rubbing shoulders with some other amazing women!
